This week was amazing! This week was freedom week where we talked about rejection & forgiveness. The Lord wrecked me and brought so much healing from my past. He taught me more about my original design and how he sees me.
Rejection is a factor that plays into so many peoples lives. It causes people to isolate themselves, guard themselves, and feel the need to strive. It makes it hard for you to connect with others and even to God. Especially when it is connected with early childhood and your parents. It is so important to spend time with the Lord asking his to bring up repressed feelings and walking through forgiveness with God.
Forgiveness is hard, it is not natural to our broken nature as humans. Luckily we have the best example in Jesus Christ. He came to literally to die for people who he knew would reject and hate him, not just while he lived but even after his sacrifice. He did it to cover all sin and be able to have personal relationship with you. When we walk in Gods example of forgiveness we give up all right to requital. It is letting go of what was done and the right to the justice you feel you need then trusting God with it. It means that you can move forward with your life with peace and unhindered.
The last thing is original design. We all have an original design that the Lord has specifically hand crafted for each human. The enemy then goes and attacks whatever natural God given gifts he sees in us, because he wants to inhibit in any way he can. So this week I was prayed over and just asked for different parts of my original deign God wanted to highlight and remind me of. It is so important to ask God about how he sees you and rebuke the lies of the enemy over your life.
Getting to go to Jesus classes everyday is a dream. I have grown and got to go so deep. Jesus is so intentional and sweet in this time. He is also going wild and the last count is 30 salvations have happened within the last 3 weeks outreach from our school.
